SMACH Team is looking for a Marketing Assistant and Community Manager who wants to evolve their gaming career with a successful company. You will be responsible for engaging with communities and supporting players of SMACH Z. Responsibilities:- Processing questions and problems.- Answering queries on blogs and forums as well as social media channels.- Getting familiarized with SMACH Z and the games so you can advise players.- Encouraging user loyalty by providing outstanding service.- Contributing to studio-wide community strategies.- Working both independently and cooperatively within the team.- Supporting the marketing manager in any ad-hoc tasks.- Assisting, developing and reporting on current and new marketing campaigns. - Contribute to the social marketing strategy and update social media: Manage and develop content strategies for the Website, working closely with external teams. - Copywriting for the website, landing pages, email, social media and more.- Provide ongoing measurement and evaluation of activities and mailing campaigns, as required.- Support output for event programs and associated marketing campaigns, such as trade shows, events, communication, digital initiatives, collateral and promotions.Requirements:- Extensive experience as a Community Manager or Marketing role ideally within the gaming industry or similar.- Passion for and strong knowledge of games.- Good knowledge of social media from the user or professional point of view.- Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken.- Excellent organizational skills.The position is based at SMACH Team’s corporate headquarters in Palma de Mallorca (SPAIN).
