Curretly we're expanding our business so we are looking for a Business Development and Marketing Specialist to join our BD team! We are looking for someone who has expertise with Apps, ASO and Analysis.
• Previous experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management.
• Knowledge of mobile app industry, specially gaming.
• Negotiation and empathy skills.
• Interest, curiosity, willing to learn and quickly adapt yourself to this fast-changing ecosystem.
• Analytical mind and knowledge of app KPIs: DAU, ARPDAU, LTV, CTR, IR, etc.
• Basic knowledge of app monetization.
• Good communication skills, proactive and team player.
• English is a MUST!
• Identify and manage business opportunities for Lab Cave Games for ASO business line.
• Identify, reach and negotiate with products/ studios with good potential for our premium publishing division.
• Project management: from discovery the opportunity to execution and follwing up by involving different teams and analyze the results.
• Optimize, report and analyze in- game KPIs.
